Operational Update: Coronavirus Precautions

If you are visiting Cupio at Beechwood, Chineham Business Park to use, trial or operate any of our systems, we have put anti-virus precautions in place. These are for everyones protection so please observe these precautions and be alert to any possibility of cross infection.

On the ground floor we have 2 hand sanitiser positions with both sanitiser and biocidal spray as well as any system handles or doors.

We can provide nitrile gloves if you would like to use these or, for extra protection, please feel free to bring your own. We are not, at this point, inisting on face coverings but, again, please feel free to wear your own.

Our lab area has plenty of room for 2m distancing with the exception of the door from reception to the lab. This door will be left open so there is no need to touch the handles but care will need to be taken to make sure the no one is coming in the opposite direction.

If you are brining assemblies into the lab we can open the rear door for you which leads directly into the systems area.

Should you use the toilets on the upper floor please take care to make sure that there is no one else on the stairs when you are using them.

We will not be providing any pens, paper or memory sticks due to the possibility of transferring the virus, so please remember to bring them with you. If you would like us to move any pictures etc. that you make onto our server for you to download we will be happy to do so once you have left.

Whilst we can't guarantee that these measure will prevent the spread of the virus it is important that we all take every precaution whilst getting on with work that has to be done.

Lastly, if you have any symptoms of what could be Covid-19 please do not visit.
